Have you ever downloaded a massive contract report only to spend the next 15 minutes filtering out the columns you don't need? :face_palm: We've all been there! That's why we're thrilled to introduce our new View-based Contract Report Downloads feature!

Problem Addressed:

Previously, when downloading contract reports, users would receive ALL columns of data regardless of what they were viewing or needed. This created several pain points:

Unnecessarily large files with excess information

Time wasted filtering out irrelevant columns after download

Difficulty finding the specific data that matters to you

Solution Overview:

With Smart Report Downloads, what you see is exactly what you get! We've added a simple but powerful option when generating reports:

Download All Columns: The traditional approach, giving you every piece of data (still available for those comprehensive analysis needs)

Download Current View Columns: Only download the columns you're currently viewing in the contracts table

This means if you've customized your view to show only contract titles, signatories, and key dates, your downloaded report will match exactly that! No more post-download filtering required!
