This release improves SpotDraft's collaborative capabilities by introducing two key features:

Email Notifications for Word Comments: When a user adds a comment to a contract using Microsoft Word for Desktop, the notification is sent only after the user has finished editing and saved the document. The reason to do this was we could send email notifications to users while they were still editing on Word for Desktop and those users would not have been able to respond/edit since we do not allow collaboration on Word for Desktop.

Editor Selection for Comment Review: After clicking on the comment notification on email, users are presented with a screen allowing them to choose their preferred editor (Microsoft Word for Desktop or OnlyOffice) to view and respond to the comments.

How to Enable: These features are enabled by default. No additional configuration is required.
