Details

We’ve completely revamped the way sign fields look and feel on SpotDraft. We’ve taken inspiration from the leaders of E-Sign to give our customers a similar experience.

Signature, Initial & Seal Fields

• These fields now are resizable with a fixed aspect ratio. This makes it more predictable of how the final signature will look like.
• These fields will now have a minimum and maximum size limit. This helps to avoid any mistakes the users might make and make the final signature look more presentable
• The final signature will always be contained within the field that is placed by the user. Eliminating the possibility of overlap to occur

Name, Date Signed & Job Title

• The UI of these fields have been changed to give a “What you see is what you get” clarity to the user. It will now be more predictable of where the text will be rendered when signing the contract.
• These fields cannot be resized, however when the contract is being signed, the field will automatically extend to accommodate the user’s input and it will always be in one line

How to Enable: This is now live for all workspaces.
