This release brings a powerful new integration with Zapier.

Zapier helps connect SpotDraft with over 7000+ other apps and create custom workflows to automate tasks, eliminate manual steps, and improve efficiency. Now, users can effortlessly automate essential workflows without any coding, significantly saving time.

Here's what you can do with SpotDraft's Zapier integration:

Triggers

  • Contract Created: Trigger a Zap when a new contract is created in SpotDraft. Example: Send a Slack notification to your legal team whenever a new contract is uploaded.
  • Contract Executed: Trigger a Zap when a contract is executed (with payment terms) in SpotDraft. Example: Automatically generate an invoice in Xero or QuickBooks when a contract is executed in SpotDraft.
  • Contract Metadata Change: Trigger a Zap when a contract's metadata is updated. Example: Automatically add updated contract details to a Google Sheet whenever metadata changes.

Actions

  • Create Contract: Create a new contract in your SpotDraft workspace. Example: Automatically generate a contract in SpotDraft when a new client signs up through a Google Form.
  • Create User Task: Create or assign a user task for a specific contract. Example: Automatically create a SpotDraft task when a new event is added to your Google Calendar.
