While uploading contracts, users always have to fill three questions: Contract Type, Contracting Entity, and Counterparty. A lot of times, this information is not straightforwardly known, and even when it is, it’s a bit of a hassle to enter it, especially in cases where there are more than one contracts to upload.

To help with this mundane task, we’re introducing Smart Data Capture Lite, which brings the power of Smart Data Capture, but does it slightly quicker for a seamless experience. By the time a contract is uploaded, the data extraction is already in progress.

Note: This does not consume any credits, and works for all machine PDF contracts for free, across all the three upload flows.

How to Enable: This feature is being rolled out to all customers. If you’d like to have it enabled sooner, please reach out to your CSM.
