We’ve introduced a customization option that displays a unique Signer ID on all signature fields, uniquely linking it to the individual who signs the contract.

Key Highlights

Immutable Identifier: Once the contract is signed, the Signer ID is permanently attached to the document and cannot be altered. This ensures the integrity of the signed document and provides a reliable means to trace back to the original signatory to get details such as name, email, etc.

Unique Signer ID: Each signature field now displays a unique Signer ID, which is uniquely linked to the individual who signs the contract.

How to Enable : We are gradually rolling out this feature to all customers. If you would like early access, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
