We've strengthened our ad-hoc approval workflows with enhanced restriction controls! Previously, in the new approval system when an ad-hoc approval was in progress, any user could perform actions like skipping that ad-hoc approval or downloading and sending the contract to counterparties. This created potential leakages in the approval process.

Now, we've added robust restriction controls for the ad-hoc approvals as well that:

• Prevents unauthorized skipping of ad-hoc approvals
• Blocks unauthorized contract downloads during approval stage
• Restricts sending to counterparty while approval is in progress

This update brings ad-hoc approvals in line with our existing approval restriction capabilities, ensuring consistent security across your approval workflows.

How to Enable:This feature is automatically enabled for all workspaces using new approvals system.
