ProblemLegal intake requests and status updates live in SpotDraft, but business teams and legal work in Slack. Teams have to switch contexts constantly to submit requests, check status, and follow up — leading to missed updates and duplicate effort. Meanwhile, legal teams have no visual way to see their full intake pipeline at a glance.
Slack Integration — Submit and track intake from SlackBusiness users can now raise a Legal Intake directly from Slack using a slash command or by acting on any message. The questionnaire populates from the workflow and creates the intake in SpotDraft — no tab-switching required.
