What's New

Legal Intake now includes a dedicated "Legal Intakes" analytics dashboard, available directly within the Analytics section of SpotDraft — alongside the existing dashboards.

This was shipped as part of the first release of Legal Intake and is available to all customers with the Legal Intake feature enabled.

What it tracks:

• Volume of intake requests over time
• Request status breakdown (open, in progress, closed)
• Turnaround times per request type
• Assignee workload distribution
• Priority distribution across requests
