What was the problem?

All contracts could only be uploaded to a single drive, with no option to select which contract types should or shouldn't be uploaded

Solution

  1. Now, you can choose which contract types should be uploaded to Google Drive and which shouldn't.
  2. You can also specify the drive each contract type should be uploaded to.

How to enable?

This is enabled for all customers using the Google Drive v2 integration.

Call-outs:

  • If the multiple drives option is selected, users will need to map all contract types to the relevant Google Drives (including shared drives). If any contract type isn't mapped, a comment will be added in the Activity Log.
  • FYI: This contract wasn’t pushed to Google Drive since its type isn’t allowed/listed. No action needed.
