You can now download DocuSign audit trails directly from SpotDraft CLM!
Previously, users had to log into their DocuSign account and search for contracts to download audit trails. This created unnecessary friction and delays.
Now, simply:
- Navigate to the contract
- Click the 3-dots menu
- Select "Download Audit Trail"
This brings DocuSign-signed contracts in line with our native eSign functionality, creating a consistent experience regardless of which signing method you use.
How to Enable: Available to all customers using DocuSign integration. No setup required!
