Introducing DocuSign Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) on SpotDraft!

We’re excited to announce that SpotDraft now supports DocuSign Advanced Electronic Signature (AES), providing an enhanced level of security for collecting e-signatures on your contracts. AES ensures a more secure and legally robust signing process, helping you safeguard sensitive agreements.

Business users can now choose between two AES Authentication Methods for signatories:

  1. Access Code: A unique code that signatories must enter to access the contract.
  2. Phone Number: A one-time password (OTP) sent to the signatory’s phone for verification.

How it Works:

Before signing the contract, signatories will need to authenticate themselves using the selected method. This additional layer of verification ensures that only authorized parties can access and sign your contracts, providing greater peace of mind and compliance with advanced e-signature standards.

How to Enable: This will be enabled on request.
Before enabling for a customer, we need to ensure the following -
1.DocuSign integration is set up
2.The customer’s DocuSign subscription includes AES
