Details

There are instances where contracts require certain documents such as annexures to be attached to the end of it before being sent out for signatures. Until this release, the only way to do this was for the user to download the contract, merge it elsewhere, and upload it as a new version. This is seen as an extra step that takes their workflow off SpotDraft and is time-consuming.

With this release, users can upload DOCX and PDF documents to any contract which will be merged as soon as the contract is marked for execution. They can also decide the order in which the documents are merged.

How to Enable:Enabled for all workspaces.
