Description:

Currently, SpotDraft offers four pre-built analytics dashboards - Lifecycle, Approvals, Turnaround Times, and Review - with fixed metrics and configurations.

With Custom Analytics, users can now build their own graphs and dashboards to track the information that is most important to them. Users can now also leverage metadata to build highly tailored reports that align directly with their organization’s specific KPIs and operational workflows.

What’s Supported:

• Creating new custom dashboards with personalized names and configurations
• Setting access controls (Only Available to You/Open to All users with analytics access)
• Building custom metrics using supported dimensions and measures
• Using available chart types such as pie charts, tables, and others
• System-generated analytics data points such as approvals, review times, contract metadata metrics, and other built-in analytics fields
• Combining metadata and other processed data is possible (Ex: Reviews by Department)

What’s Not Supported (Yet):

• Sharing dashboards with select users/team
• Having a library of pre-built metrics
