Ever tried squeezing a long title like "Senior Director of Product" into a cramped signature block? We've solved this common frustration!

Problem Addressed: Previously, title fields in signature blocks could only expand horizontally, causing text to overlap with adjacent signature blocks when space was limited. This created unprofessional-looking documents and frustration for signers with longer titles or designations.

Solution: Title fields can now be configured in two flexible ways:

• Single-line mode: Works like before, expanding horizontally (perfect when you have plenty of horizontal space)
• Multi-line mode: Now supports vertical expansion, allowing titles to flow onto multiple lines when horizontal space is limited

This improvement delivers a more professional document appearance and aligns with industry e-signature standards.

How to use: When creating signature blocks, simply resize the title field box to accommodate multiple lines where needed. The same title field can be displayed differently in various locations throughout a document based on available space.

How to Enable: This improvement is already live for all customers using our native signing solution!
