We’re excited to announce a simple yet major update for our Salesforce integration (Some of you must have seen this already)!
Previously, users could manage the most common contract tasks within Salesforce, but for certain actions, they still had to switch to SpotDraft. With this release, the users can click on the contract title to open the full Contract Summary Page directly in Salesforce, giving them the ability to access and complete all the actions without leaving the Salesforce platform. Some of the important options that are unlocked with this update are:
- Activity log: The Sales team can now collaborate easily on the contract using SpotDraft’s activity log.
- Related documents: Easily upload and manage any related/supporting documents to the contract.
- Contract metadata: View and manage all the contract metadata.
- Approvals: See the detailed approval status and request ad-hoc approvals when required.
- And more.
This update significantly enhances the user experience, empowering sales teams to do everything they need right from within Salesforce. And this is just the beginning—we have even more enhancements coming your way to make your workflow even smoother. Stay tuned!
