You're not alone! Legal teams have been asking for more transparency into how our metrics are calculated. Now, we're delivering exactly that with our new Contract Analytics Drill-Down feature.

What's Changed?

Previously, when looking at metrics like "Average Draft Time: 4 hours" or "Average Review Time: 12 hours," users could only see the final calculated value without visibility into which contracts were included in that calculation.

Now, you can click directly on any metric in the Analytics Dashboard to reveal a detailed table showing all contracts contributing to that metric, contract IDs and links, contract types and statuses, detailed timestamps, and individual time measurements for each contract.

Why This Matters?

This new drill-down capability enables teams to:

• Validate data accuracy by examining the source contracts
• Identify outliers that may be skewing your averages
• Discover bottlenecks by pinpointing which contracts had longer processing times
• Generate insights for process improvement by analyzing patterns
• Answer stakeholder questions with specific contract examples

How to Use It?

Simply click on any numeric metric in your Analytics Dashboard to instantly view the underlying data that makes up that calculation.

How to Enable: This feature is now available to all SpotDraft users with access to the Analytics Dashboard.
