Problem Statement
Chasing signatures is time-consuming work that pulls users away from strategic tasks. Different contracts need different approaches, like a routine vendor agreement doesn't require the same urgency as a time-sensitive sales deal.
SpotDraft's signature reminders ran on a rigid system: once enabled, reminders were sent daily for 14 days until the contract was signed or declined. Users couldn't adjust the timing, extend the cycle, or tailor the approach to different contract types or stakeholder needs.
What Will Happen
Users will now have full control over signature reminders through the Workflow Manager.
What You Can Control:
- First reminder timing: Set when the initial nudge goes out
- Follow-up frequency: Choose how often reminders repeat
- Business days only: Toggle on to skip weekends and respect signatories' time off
- Custom email templates: Personalise reminder messages using variables so they feel helpful, not automated
- Activity tracking: Every reminder is automatically logged in the Activity Log for complete visibility
