Description:
Until now, questionnaire and intake form conditions in workflows were created inline, which meant users often had to recreate the same logic multiple times across different workflows.
With this release, we’re extending the Condition Library to support Questionnaires and Intake Forms. In addition to approval and signatories, users can now create a condition once and reuse it across:
- Questionnaires
- Intake Forms
This provides a single, centralized place to manage all workflow-related conditions, making setups more consistent and easier to maintain.
This will be rolled out to you in phases:
Phase 1 – December 18, 2025
As part of this rollout, all existing questionnaire conditions will be automatically migrated to the Condition Library for customers whose workspaces do not have any draft or unpublished workflow changes. These conditions will continue to function exactly as they do today, but will now be supported by the shared Condition Library instead of the older inline setup.
Phase 2 – Coming soon
This phase will cover existing customers whose workspaces have draft or unpublished workflow changes.
