Sometimes, while managing contracts like reassigning a business user, legal reviewer, or signatory, you might not find the user you’re looking for in the dropdown. Or maybe you’ve hit a roadblock trying to delete or upload a contract due to access restrictions.
Instead of wondering why or reaching out to the SpotDraft support team, you’ll now see a clear explanation of what’s blocking you, along with a built-in way to create a task for your SpotDraft admin directly. You can explain your requirement in the task that will help your admin make an informed decision.
Your admin will get notified, who can then review your request and make the necessary changes.

How to Enable: This is enabled by default
Important callout:
- It is under the SpotDraft admin's discretion whether or not to accept your request.
- If you are a SpotDraft admin and get a lot of these requests, it could mean that your access control is not set in the most optimal way.
