Ever tried to add an urgent ad-hoc approval while your approval collection was paused, only to hit a wall? That frustrating blocker is now gone!

Problem Addressed:

Previously, when approval collection was paused in a workflow (say, waiting for negotiations before collecting final approvals), you couldn't add ad-hoc approvals. This meant urgent approvals had to wait, creating unnecessary delays for customers like Simetrik, Dream 11 and Apollo.

This update completes the ad-hoc approval functionality - you can now truly request approvals at any point during the draft and redlining stages of your contract.

Solution Overview:

When adding an ad-hoc approval, you now have two options:

• Collect Immediately - The approval gets added right away, even if your approval collection is paused. The approval is inserted right above pause so it's requested immediately.
• Collect Later - Specify a future order number in your approval sequence.
