Access Control in VerifAI

Description:Until now, any user with editor access in DraftMate could create, update, or delete VerifAI guides. No guardrails.:grimacing: We've now added access control on managing VerifAI guides and guidelines.

What's changed:

Creating, updating, or deleting guides → restricted to users with Manage Clause Library & VerifAI Guides permission (team-level permission) Running guides → still available to all editors, as before :dart:

Why it matters:Legal and compliance teams can now control who shapes review standards — without restricting day-to-day usage.

Note: this is enabled for all workspaces
