  2. Improved Zoho Integration, Clickthrough Improvements, and more.

    Improvement

    Happy New Year!

Let's dive into what's new for SpotDraft from December 2023.

    Zoho Integration Updates

Now, SpotDraft contract status can be linked to a Zoho CRM field. So, whenever a contract moves ahead in its lifecycle, sales can track it from the CRM. Additionally, every time the contract is signed, an updated copy is sent back to the CRM, which significantly reduces any manual intervention.

Track Clicks now in Clickthrough Audits

Every Clickthrough audit will have a "Has Clicked" Section. Inside the "Has Clicked" section, a SpotDraft user can find the respective agreement name, hosted via Clickthrough Packet on their website, with Yes/No value.

The Yes/No value indicates whether the user has clicked on the agreement before accepting the Clickthrough Terms. This makes our audits more legally binding and detailed.

More Personalization for Agreements on Clickthrough

We've added significant personalization options to your agreements hosted on Clickthrough.

    1. Logo Support - Clickthrough users can add any organization logo in the page header where Clickthrough Agreements are hosted.
    2. Show all the published agreements on the left side of the screen- Users can utilize this option to display all published agreements on their Clickthrough workspace, facilitating improved navigation of standard agreements for those accessing the agreement page.
    3. Show previously published versions of the agreement - Users visiting the website can access previously published versions of a specific agreement, enhancing transparency.
    4. Download Option - Additionally, a download option is available for visitors to download the agreement directly from the webpage.
    5. Customizable Header Title - The header title can be any title of the user's choice.
    6. Customizable Colors - Users can choose any color to match the look and feel of their existing website.
